REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for BanglaTrip bookings.


1. General Guidelines

  • All cancellations follow airline, hotel, or tour operator rules.

  • BanglaTrip cannot override third-party policies.

  • Service charges are always non-refundable.


2. Flight Ticket Refund Policy

Refunds depend on:

  • Airline fare rules

  • Whether the ticket is refundable or non-refundable

  • Time of cancellation

Non-Refundable Tickets

No refund is possible under any circumstances.

Refundable Tickets

Refund may be issued after deducting:

  • Airline cancellation charges

  • BanglaTrip service fees

  • Payment gateway fees

Refund time: 7–30 working days (depending on airline).


3. Hotel Cancellation & Refund

Hotel refunds depend on:

  • Hotel cancellation window

  • Seasonal pricing

  • Promo or discount rates

  • Check-in time

Some hotel bookings may be fully non-refundable.


4. Tour Package Cancellation

Refund depends on:

  • Tour operator rules

  • Advance payments already made

  • Visa, permit, or insurance status

  • Time left before travel date

Cancellations within 7 days of departure are usually non-refundable.


5. No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for a flight, hotel, or tour:

  • No refund is provided

  • Third-party rules apply fully


6. Service Fees (Non-Refundable)

Non-refundable charges include:

  • Booking service fee

  • Processing fee

  • Amendment/Change fee

  • Payment gateway deductions


7. Refund Request Process
